After that the Wizard told Brave Roland that he had done something very bad and that was the time or story that Brave Roland nearly ate a very big bite,as he throw his food far away with hunger and thirsty.

Chief Warlock: It would be my honour to help you son. They are at Elf land, follow my rules and instructions in order to find them and get there. Firstly you must chop anybody’s head off if you talk to them. The second rule is however hungry or thirsty you are you mustn’t eat or drink anything until you reach Elf land or you will never see your home again.

“No!” exclaimed Brave Rowland. “It is my duty to at least attempt saving my beloved sister and brothers. I must take your leave and I will go to the Warlock’s house and ask him how I should defeat the Evil Elf King and rescue my sister and brothers from him!”
“All right, I grant permission to leave,”said the queen grudgingly and closing her eyes wearily. “ You must take with you your father’s sword which never struck in vain with you on your quest.”
“Ok!”said Brave Rowland and bid her farewell.

“Now my son, if you want to save your friend, you must do two things. The first thing is that you must do, is to cut off the head of anyone you speak too. The second thing you must not do. You must not eat or drink, no matter how hungry or thirsty you are in Elf Land.”
“Ok” said Roland. “I will remember all the instructions you gave me and use them in my journey.”
