ReplyDeleteIn the summer holidays I went to Menorca. There were all sorts of things on like discos and shows. I even had a weird breakfast; I had dry bread, cheese and peas. I liked the discos but I didn’t dance so we didn’t go. I liked the shows more than the discos so we went nearly every night. I went with my mum, dad, brother, cousins, aunty, uncle, granny and grandad. The most exciting bit was that I was with my family and that I could jump in the pool whenever I wanted to.
ReplyDeleteI also went camping in the New Forest, I went with my mum and brother. My dad didn’t go because he finds it uncomfortable sleeping on an airbed. I did a few things whilst I was there. First I made friends with Phoebe and Austin, Austin was quite chatty and they had such a cute dog named Maisy. The next day, we went on a cycling trip for 12 miles with our friends from home. It was pouring! It rained like it never had before! We got soaked. The most exciting thing that happened was that horses and cows were wandering everywhere.

DeleteMy summer holidays were very exciting because I went to India with all my family members.
ReplyDeleteFirst few days in India were very hot, but quickly I got used to the weather. My grandparents, cousins, relatives were very happy to see us. I spent a lot of time with my grandparents and with my cousins. I visited various places and relatives houses with my parents and grandparents.
The main reason we all went to India was to attend my Uncle’s marriage (my mother’s brother). My mum took me to various places for shopping to buy me some Indian costumes and jewellery for wedding and other occasions. I never attended Indian wedding before and I thought it was going to be only one day ceremony, but to my surprise the celebrations were 5 days. Believe me it was so much fun. On the wedding day I wore a half-saree and lot of jewellery. Every one said I looked like princess.
To my surprise few of my friends from London came to India for summer holidays. It was so exciting to see them and play with them and I introduce them with all of my cousins after my uncles wedding I went to my dad’s cousins house and I enjoyed 4 days at her place we watched 3 movies in India, it was really fun watching movies in theatre with all my cousins and the most exciting part was that we can order the food/snacks while watching a movie and someone will get food to our seat. After my dad came back to London my mum took me and my grandparents to India’s biggest holy place called “Tirupati “ which was more than 9 hours drive. The temple was so beautiful.
Initially while I was going to India I thought it was going to be very boring but it turned out to be the best holiday in my life till now. I wish I had holidays for few more days.

I was so excited when the holidays began and school was out for the summer! The first few days I went for play dates and spent evenings in Inwood park with my neighbor. Sometimes I felt sad to miss school. But my mom kept me busy with art class and library visits. Then in the middle of the holidays we planned to go to Scotland up to Inverness. I helped my dad pick accommodations. We planned to go for one week and two days. I went with my mom, my dad and my little one year old sister. The journey was a adventure itself. We had borrowed a car seat from a friend and it was my sister’s first time in a car seat. She didn't like sitting in there. My dad had rented a rental car which was a BMW. We drove though the highlands.It was so beautiful! We went to Edinburgh the capital of Scotland.There was a festival and lots of people performing. My sister was scared of a few of them. My favorite part was that we went together!

DeleteI was giving my dad the directions, chatting to my dad and mum, eating and taking naps.
DeleteMerrily I walked out of the airport and there I was, in India. My mum and I looked around while my dad and sister drove the trolleys. My eyes caught sight of my grandad so my mum called out, “Come on!”. We said ‘hello’ and later we went to their house.
ReplyDeleteAfter a few days of catching up with my family we went to a mountain, near the Himalayas, called Vaishno Devi. As my sister and I were walking we spotted some horses. so we clambered on the horse whereas my mum and dad walked. On the way, there were many waterfalls and the view was picturesque. Finally, we reached the top of the mountain! Rumbling tummies made us look everywhere for a restaurant. We found and gobbled lots of food but it was very spicy. We roamed around and clicked many pictures. I touched the clouds even though I wasn’t technically touching anything as it is gas. Unfortunately, it was raining on the way down so we sprinted and scurried. Eventually we reached the bottom of the mountain. We were exhausted!
The day after we travelled to ‘Dehli Haat’. As I entered, I felt as if the clothes and items were welcoming me. My sister and I had the pleasure of taking a bumpy camel ride. It was a fantastic experience. I also got a hand sketch made of myself and a braid in my hair which looked pretty. After that we went out to the ‘Garden of Five Senses’, it was amazing with lots of waterfalls. We sat on a fake elephant’s trunk! Unfortunately, the people were soon blowing the whistle, which meant it was time to leave.
After many more adventures we came back to England.

My Summer Holiday

day of my holiday,we decided to spend a day in the swimming pool.Keanu
and mum stayed in the swimming pool for small kids.My dad and I went to the bigger pool, we had so much fun.
Then last August, we went to Legoland. Me and my brother went
to the slide and we had fun in Legoland. The place was amazing and wonderful.I would like to come back again.I wish I could stay in Legoland hotel .
I went most of the times in Inwood park.I played football
and basketball.Every weekend we went to the market.We love to look
and see some toys.If we found something special,we tried to buy it.
There was one time my dad allowed me to play with my Wii.
It was so much fun.It's been almost 2 years I haven't played my Wii
I enjoy my summer holiday so much that I wish it's summer
again.

DeleteI had a wonderful holiday in Poland with my family.I started my vacation visiting and laying on the beach.I went to places like:The Circus,The Zoo and Jurasic Park.
ReplyDeleteI really wondered the show of the clown in the circus.He was hilarious and he made many people crying with laughter. However, there was an accident during the raid on the horses.Thankfully,the acrobats weren't injured and they repeated their part of the show again.It was a spectacular performance.
I also enjoyed visiting the Zoo where I saw many kinds of animals.My favorite were giraffes because I could feed them.

DeleteI had an smashing holiday this summer. Me and my family went to Central London by Tube. First we went to Holland Park, there are big trees, and also there are two Parks one is for babies and one for big children. They so different compared to our parks. I also saw a little water fountain coming down from the hill and all the water collected in the pond, and in that pond there are beautiful different colored fish. they so pretty, people throw coin money in it. we took some pictures.
ReplyDeleteThen we went to Hyde park, I saw Princess Diana palace, it was so big, I wish i could go inside. after that I saw a big circle pond in there lots of white swans, I took some pictures of them. Then we went to the Hyde park children playground there was a big wooden Pirate ship. We play there in the sand. I like see new places. I love summer time.

After I had been to Koosa Kids we started watching the Olympics for a few weeks.
Once Alien Ship landed on our back garden. It was dark and the light fell on my window, so I open my curtain and I quickly ran out to see what it is. I saw a Alien coming out of the ship. I was so scared to see an Alien but He said hello. My name is Mafalda, An Alien said it was so please to meet you. I thought Aliens are scary but they are actually quiet nice and friendly. Then we become good friends and I ask him to come inside my house. Alien said he liked my house. He saw all our things which he never seen before. So Alien asked me about our Television what is this for and what does it do. I told Alien its TV something you watch Cartoons, movies, Dramas, News like whats happening in the world you don't have to go to see anywhere but sit down and watch like whatever you want. Television have remote control to switch on and off to change channels to increase volume up and down. Its very useful thing in humans life, Alien was very happy to see me. I wish in real life Alien are there.
